The Educational Academy Mentorship (TEAM), Program Inc., and The Center for Learning, Innovation, and Change (CLIC), partnered together to transform young lives through mentorship, leadership training, and real-world experiences! By providing resources, guidance, and hands-on learning, we are equipping aspiring entrepreneurs with the confidence and skills to build successful futures.

A Journey of Growth & Heritage
Rooted in Nguzo Saba principles, the CLIC Rites of Passage Program is a seven-month mentorship experience that instills discipline, resilience, and leadership in young men. Their journey culminated in a life-changing trip to Ghana, where they:
